📢 Important Notice: Riftbound Spiritforged Pre-Rift Event Rescheduled 📢
Dear Riftbound players,
We sincerely apologise for the need to make this last-minute announcement.
Due to an error by the courier company Direct Freight, one of our Riftbound Pre-Rift event kit cases was incorrectly delivered to Adelaide instead of our store. Unfortunately, this shipment was not delivered on Friday or today as originally confirmed, which has directly impacted our event schedule.
👉 What happened:

Direct Freight initially confirmed Friday delivery

We followed up multiple times by phone on Friday

They advised that same-day pickup was not available

Their warehouse is closed on weekends, preventing any collection

As a result, the missing kit could not be retrieved in time
Because of this, we are unable to properly run the Sunday Spiritforged Pre-Rift event as scheduled.
