1. Buylist Service

SPELLROO GAMING purchases trading card singles (“Buylist Items”) from customers.

We currently accept:

• Magic: The Gathering (MTG)
• One Piece Card Game
• Riftbound

We reserve the right to accept or refuse any Buylist Items at our discretion.

2. Price Quotes & Market Pricing

Prices displayed on our website or provided in-store are indicative only and subject to change.

Final pricing is determined after physical inspection of the items.

Prices may fluctuate due to:

• Market demand
• Supply changes
• Reprints
• Competitive pricing

3. Condition Assessment

All items will be inspected and graded by our team using internal standards:

• Near Mint (NM)
• Lightly Played (LP)
• Moderately Played (MP)
• Heavily Played (HP)
• Damaged

If the actual condition differs from the submitted condition, we may:

• Adjust the offer, or
• Decline the item

Customers may accept or reject any revised offer.

4. Final Offer & Agreement

A transaction is only completed when:

1. SPELLROO GAMING provides a final offer after inspection
2. The customer accepts the offer

Until then, no binding agreement exists.

5. Right to Refuse Items

We reserve the right to refuse items at our discretion, including if:

• Condition differs significantly from expectations
• Items cannot be authenticated
• Items fall outside our purchasing scope
• Quantity exceeds internal limits
• We suspect fraud or suspicious activity

If any items are refused and the customer requests their return:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• Return shipping must include tracking

If return shipping is not arranged or paid within a reasonable timeframe, SPELLROO GAMING reserves the right to dispose of the items.

6. Quantity Limits

We may limit the number of copies purchased per card. Higher quantities may be accepted at our discretion.

7. Payment Methods

We offer payment via:

• Cash (in-store)
• Bank transfer / electronic payment
• Store credit

Store credit may include a bonus percentage depending on current promotions.

Payment is processed after:

• Items are received
• Inspection is completed
• Offer is accepted

8. Shipping & Submission

We accept buylist submissions via:

Customers may bring items directly to our store.

📦 Mail-In

Customers may ship items to us.

For mail-in submissions:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs to SPELLROO GAMING
• We strongly recommend tracked and insured shipping
• SPELLROO GAMING is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels in transit

Submission Requirements:

• Always include your name, email, and submission ID with the package
• Sort your cards in the exact order shown on your submission
• Pack cards tightly and securely so they do not move during transit
• Remove any penny or inner sleeves before sending; use top loaders for valuable cards
• Larger submissions should be sent in a hard case, deck box, or solid container
• Always use a shipping service with tracking and insurance — we can only process and pay for items we receive

9. Counterfeit & Altered Cards

If a card is found to be:

• Counterfeit
• Altered
• Not genuine

We will:

• Refuse purchase of the item

The card may be:

• Returned to the customer (at the customer’s expense, with tracking), or
• Disposed of with the customer’s consent

If return shipping is not arranged or paid within a reasonable timeframe, SPELLROO GAMING reserves the right to dispose of the item.

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of suspected counterfeit activity.

10. Ownership Declaration

By submitting items, the customer confirms that:

• They are the legal owner
• The items are not stolen
• The items are free of third-party claims

We may refuse transactions or request identification if necessary.

11. Market Volatility

Trading card prices may change rapidly.

SPELLROO GAMING is not responsible for price changes that occur:

• Before submission
• During processing
• After completion

12. General Terms

• Terms may be updated at any time
• Use of our buylist service constitutes acceptance of these terms
