PREORDER: please read before ordering

  • Payment is taken in full at checkout. Your preorder reserves stock from our allocation, and we commit to that stock with our distributor when you order.
  • Preorders are final sale, even before they ship. If we agree to cancel, you can choose a refund to your original payment method less 5% (payment and transaction fees are non-refundable), or the full amount as store credit.
  • If your order also includes in-stock items, we'll hold them and ship everything together when the preorder arrives, as shipping is charged once.
  • Release dates may change, and quantities are subject to supplier allocation. If we receive less, we'll refund the difference in full.
  • Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected.

Shipping Info

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $3,000.
  • We ship orders across Australia. Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions, and we currently do not ship internationally.
  • For single cards, we offer a letter mail option as a more affordable shipping method. Larger items such as booster boxes and sealed products will be shipped as parcels.
  • Shipping and delivery estimates will be provided at checkout based on item availability and the shipping option you select. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen.

Return & Refund Policy

  • All card-related products (single cards, booster packs, sealed boxes, slabs, etc.) are final sale for change-of-mind returns and cancellations.
  • Because these are sensitive collectibles and their value can change once opened or handled, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on card products.
  • If we agree to a change-of-mind refund at our discretion, a refund to the original payment method will be 5% less due to Shopify and bank transaction fees. You can choose to receive the full amount as store credit instead.
  • Accessories (e.g., sleeves, deck boxes, binders) can be returned for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, if unused and in original packaging.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at support@spellroogaming.com.au with photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
  • See our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
